So far, out of all the options for brokers with which I have worked, I consider the broker from Amarkets to be the best. According to the terms of work, this is really the option that allowed me to make great money.
To my mind there are no best brokers, there are those which are suitable for your needs and I think that these are different notions. Best broker means that it doesn't have any shortcomings, nevertheless all broker have shortcomings. The distinguishing trait is that some brokers have very minor shortcomings which don't affect trading activity, while other brokers have some serious drawbacks which can possibly affect your trading, for example, long processes of depositing money. It's inconvenient and it stops your trading because you have to wait until the money comes. So, everything is quite individual here.
If you are in the US, you should definitely check out IG, that's where I have my money at and I've been pretty happy with them. If I lived outside the US I would probably go with Global Prime or Blueberry Markets, both of them based out of Australia. I've chatted with Global Primes customer service, they are very good and they have a good discord channel.

Check the spreads, commissions, and other fees. Check out the demo accounts. This will give an idea about the platform Check how much the broker charges for deposits and withdrawals.
