In the mql5 marketplace there are ways to import exchange data into customSymbols on MT5

You can also backtest and use EA's to trade on Binance using MT5: www.mt5bf.com

There is no need for this. GenesisMarkets Broker connects MT5 to binance, Houbi, and LMAX digital. Since its a native connection from MT5 to the exchanges, it includes all the historical data for backtesting.

Personally, I still prefer to use their datafeeds and bypass their high commission costs by trading directly on the exchanges
