Hello fellow traders,

I have been trying to withdraw my deposit from the broker and it has been a few months with many emails going back and forth. I am getting worried at this stage and trying to find ways to recover my funds. Any guidance/suggestions would be appreciated in dealing with this type of broker. If I have to get a lawyer, suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks

Never had such issues with Hotforex despite that I used some risky strategies like latency and swap arbitrage. Did you check regulation of your broker? What is the reason they reject your withdrawal?

They kept delaying for 5 months. They said they will transfer via email but did not transfer. I am not sure how to check the regulation of the broker. They are registerd in St Vincent and Grenadine and Vanuatu and branch offices in differet countries. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

' They are registered in St Vincent and Grenadine and Vanuatu and branch offices in different countries.'

Some nasty brokers use this address and some are decent. Ones with high leverages and also no real id verification for your account creation tend to do so.

Keep trying to get your deposit back. Well, while you're looking for a lawyer

Why do they refuse to send you the funds?

Oh do you have proof?? It is pure talk without any evidence. No offense. Maybe you can send us a correspondence about how they justify not returning the money??

Does the broker you use have account specialist for you?
The broker I'm using don't have such problem because they have assigned account specialist for each customer, and they always respond to me in no time.

It's a very cheap and easy-to-access regulation it's highly likely you will not get your money back and unfortunately it's hard to take legal action against firms with such regulation.
