Now 1.2800 could be a good place to short with a stop above 1.2870.

EUR/USD appears to be in consolidation again but the doji candlestick in the daily filter chart could be an indication that it will continue its descent if it breaks below the supprt at 1.2810. However, the bearish trend appears to be exhausted, so I am not sure how reliable that signal is.

EURUSD fell during the course of yesterday session, breaking below the 1.28 level. However, the 1.28 level is only a short-term support, as far as long-term charts are concerned the significant amount of support is all the way down to the 1.2750 level. The pair seems as if it’s ready to try to break down. Rallies however would offer nice selling opportunities as we will more than likely have to pick away at this massive support region.

now what is new, eurusd make trap for trader to make them go long, and in that way , it is golden player
now only we have 1.2713 as support , then 1.2650 , 1.2533 ,1.2340 and then 1.2240 but i feel it is now near as 1.2650 make it double bottom for 1.2660 at 13/11/2012 , then it will jump up for long step but quick one. which is hard to occur
so i suggest either sideway move or little correction

Not only did EUR/USD break below 1.2800 but it reached 1.2700 and broke below that level. Now the question is what happens next. Will this pair continue on its way down or will we see some correction first?

The dollar is now trading higher against all its major peers.
The EURUSD approached the low levels of November 2012, as ECB President Mario Draghi, speaking at a conference organized by the central bank of Lithuania within 100 days of entry into the euro this country.

I still think we need to see confirmation of breakout of 1.27 to get the bearish trend keep going, otherwise some rebound movement would be expected.

EURUSD initially fell during the course of yesterday session, but found enough support just below the 1.27 level to turn things back around and form a hammer pattern. The hammer of suggests that we could get a bounce. If we can get above the 1.28 handle, the market will then head to the 1.30 level, with the area continuing to offer significant resistance.

There is indeed a hammer candlestick in the daily EUR/USD filter chart which suggests that there might be some pullback, not to mention the strong support at 1.2700. However I still think it will keep falling after the pullback is over.

Don´t worry all the shorters will kiss those profits good bye next week. We will have one heck of an NFP, and as people believe that it will be a stop hunt and keep shorting, they will feel the rath of price action!
