Hello Fellow Traders!
I am concerned about the broker that i currently use, who i wont name due to the fact that this account is a proprietary funded account. However on multiple occasions trades have closed when prices have not moved anywhere close to my Stop Loss. Most of these trades when they close i am usually not in front of my PC. However yesterday i look a short on the NZDCAD, price moved in my favor however the trade closed in loss of $93 approx.
This recent one takes the cup and before you give me a reason about spread, what kind of spread is this on this? please attached photo, red arrow is entry and blue arrow when it look me out. I am writing this almost 24 hours late and price has not even moved past my entry. Same trade with a different broker i closed trade at 0.88106, This broker is out to get me?

If it looks like a scam then it is a scam. Withdraw money and put in some good broker.

Did you applied for refund yet ? How the broker explained it to you ? Have you wrote complaint to their local regulatory organ ?
I would like to know what happed and how this was solved (+ pls send me in PM name of the broker).
Ps: video recording is good thing to do, instead of screens

They credit back my loss only but I could have walked away with at least 3/4 of my Target profit. They left a voicemail for me saying he has sent an email to find out what happened, he started mentioning it could have been out of hours spread but this was 6pm uk time, New York still had a good few hours to close. He has not got back to me yet with an explanation
