for me too late although my aud/jpy seems like a BE stop will be hit. gbp/aud is not clear yet. other pairs have picked up though. e/j is already almost +400 pips. today is China GDP news. if bad there might be more short aud and nzd opportunities

OK, I finally got money to live account. since now on all trades in currencies are on live account same as was demo. I only keep managing trades that were opened before I got live account. It also shows same error as demo account I opened yesterday.

so far no entries for new trades on currencies live. some pairs touching but I know better now. wait. also no good candidates for speculative trades too.

shorted japan225 futures. oil is about 1:1 risk now. approaching major resistance area. the edge of the last 40 days channel.
few more things to look for.
on live account currencies some things are close to start watching for trend trading trades. need to wait more cause there was not a signal even to watch, although I do. new few more days probably before things get clear. also no good candidates for speculative trades either for now.

also, all speculative trades as carryng higher risk of loss will be entered with 0.5% risk, while trend following trades with 1% risk.
the only thing that I am thinking off is how to take profits. read some article yesterday where the guy stated that all in all out trend trading is better in terms of longer term returns but account might have larger volatility. I think something should be done to avoid this by still taking profits but not too early at some point like 2:1-3:1 r:r.

closed half of gbp/usd and gbp/jpy. it looks like the game is up for them. but the rest will let run. PA has not let me to lock any pips on these 2 pairs but on the rest outside of aud/jpy I have locked some pips so not going to take any more profits from them. pity I did not take some profits from gbp pairs yesterday when i had almost 2,5:1 r:r. never knows. seeing this candle I have no doubt that my stops will most certainly will be triggered. at least on gbp/usd and gbp/jpy may be too.

ok. I decided to open trades both on demo and live as I started trading this way on demo first and trades do not come often. shorted nzd/cad and nzd/jpy today and Nas 100.

I see that my live account is not working properly with myfxbook and second demo is not working at all. deleted demo and again wrote to support.

nzd/cad might close trade at loss before stop. aud/jpy might be closed too if signal to watch for short. gbp/usd might be trend changing. watching. a lot of uncertainty. good us news might push things through finally for big pips.

I noticed that my old demo has not been renewed since Friday. I closed my eur/usd short. no break even on news. but the rest is running. I just tightened stops now pretty close to previous swings high/lows. new added trade long gbp/usd same a son live account and short nzd/jpy. I added size to that short and reduced stop loss. so, risk is same 1%.

I am trading across the markets looking to get on those big trends hence I am trading across demos and live accounts as I cannot trade many things due to undercapitalization but all entries everywhere are based on same logic and according to same method. I am also stopping taking partials which I will take only in case when trend shows weakness or will just move stop and not taking partial according to how many pips I have. Looking back taking partials early hurts.

GBP trade was almost stopped. missed by 3 pips. I decided to use ATR based stops based on the fact that almost all good trades never went that badly against me and having such stops might increase R:R ratio.

it's been renewed.
I think that based upon reaction to today news the down trend might be over for now. Nobody knows what will be tomorrow but few days of failure to make lower low than on previous day is telling something.
