the only issue here is the bars which are moving >50pips. this is costing some times bigger lots then expected to rescue. and account should be available for that rescue operation.

This what trader deal in reality.
quite complicated.

some can feel what is going to happen. But those traders are very rare.

Damn that image looks complicated 😄

How do you know when to switch over from OCO to GRID and vice versa? The grid must 'work' enough time to make it worthwhile or else you'll just get more losses.

that point is the most complicated side of code. and really difficoult to explain. this pic is the xray of chart that we dont see while trading.

exectly.

if trader can calculate all then this will give him where to exit or where to enter.

You are probably running one of those computers that calculate nuclei interactions in stars' cores 😉

omg, i can't stop laughing!! 😀

on a more serious note - steve, how are you calculating trend-lines? in my opinion, there is too much discretion involved which makes it impossible to translate into code.

Steve,

could you give us some hints how you coded breaks of trendlines (colored trendlines turning white when broken).

Your input is greatly appreciated.

guys this code is longer then 1000 lines and order execution is less then %1 of it. error handling is not coded yet. so all lines are just calculating those MACRO and MICRO trend lines and triangles. I run it bar open or it is not possıble to test it. too slow with each tick or control points. each year it is calculating around 30000 trenlines.

the break color change is impossible to explain due it is nearly half of the code.

1664

That number made me think of this: https://kronenbourg1664.com/

Have a great weekend, and relax from the coding to enjoy the autumn with a shot of JW (if you get autumn where you are).

I must complete this code ASAP. waiting for >3 years to develop.

ı must code the smart TP and the expanding trendlines which the result is high volatil ZIGZAG without going nowhere

strenght of the FRACTAL. Bigger the points bigger the strenght

if there is no strenght stay away. if there is it will either break out or reverse. price follows the older tested path.

this some of year 2009 15min
see the strange horizantal trendline. all year is passed around the light blue trendline. also see the strenght of the Fractals crossing with that line.

really strange.

after calculated the strenght of each fractal I started to get much better results. I also able to calculate the expanding areas. dasdot white vertical lines. this is not %100 possıble but very close.

the selection of PULLBACK order execution or BREAKOUT order execution is %70 depending on the strenght of the FRACTAL apart from MACRO TREND and other MICRO factors. if the price testing a new level which never tested before stay away. there is no logic there due price has not MACRO or MICRO trendlines ( highways) to follow. this makes price moves %100 unpredictable.

on the other hand if fractals are strong then wait for the break out.
if fractals are weak then it will be pull back.

here there is no luck. I can wait for an order going against 1000 pip then grid or OCO with no afraid. due I know what is going to be the next reaction.

my problem is now is to combine PULLBACK BREAKOUT and REVERSE orders with GRID and OCO.
this is complicated. saperatly they work.

ALSO YOU SHOULD BE READY THE SAME %DD OF YOUR YEARLY EXPECTATİONS. IF YOUR EXPECTATIONS IS %30 YEARLY THEN THERE WILL BE DD %30. THIS IS STRANGE UNDEFINED EQUALITY I HAVE SEEN ALL MY TESTS.
