Will the USD plummet down on interest rate, and then rally up on speech?

Like the GBP dropped down on the interest rate release, and then rallied up on the speech, do you think the USD will do the same on next weeks FOMC rate announcement? Interestingly the CHF did the same thing on the Libor rate.
I will place a hedge stop entry just incase this does happen, but I'm mainly interested in peoples thoughts on this, as I want to convict a relatively large trade on this announcement.

I cannot advise, but I would say what I will not do:
*I will not trying to set up an estimation where the price will go before the news and to stuck on that;
*I would not broke risk parameters for a "special news" or just "particular news" unless I do not get any internal information :)
*If I do not use an autoclick soft. I would wait for news release and then will take decision for trade
