Yes, compuforexpamm is correct.Think of it as installing a fresh MetaTrader software and connecting to your existing account - there is no way to see which indicators/charts you've used.

T, not sure why it was starting from 0 before since it's wouldn't be correct; in the first day of the custom start date you've chosen you lost -0.67%, hence why it appears as if it's starting from -0.67%.Please contact us privately for further support, if needed.

Benito91, the custom start date is used as the default start date when your portfolio or system page is viewed.Due to transparency and disclosure, we cannot "hide" part of your trading history - if you choose to share your account, potential investors must have access to the full account's history to be able to asses the risk involved...

Yes, it might be (we haven't encountered such an issue before).Are you trying the webftp from the virtual machine also? If so, there's probably an issue with MetaTrader running on the virtual machine.You can also try to re-install MetaTrader.

I think my ISP is buggering around. Yesterday I couldn't even get on the net almost. There's a new firefox out. Download it, maybe it helps. I also changed away from firefox believe it or not. I'm using Opera which is in another league completely. Amazing that so few people know about it.
