I do not trade during before and after big impact news like NFP. To me trading news is just like gambling. But if you have excellent fundamental knowledge, that's different. Just by assuming or listening from different news taking a decision is foolishness. Actually most newbie trade during news time because of the fear of missing an opportunity.

If you are not a news trader, it is better to avoid trading during important news release.
Not necessary to check them out, but sometimes news can have a huge impact in trading which is one of the important to expect.

Yes, fundamental knowledge can be of so much help when it comes to trading. Quite an important aspect actually.

In order not to miss important points related to trading, I use the reviews of analysts, broker Amarkets, which provide always relevant and necessary information.

News doesn’t always impact your trades. It’s good that you want to keep an eye on the news. But it should not affect your decisions completely.

Not every news is worth paying attention to. You need to understand what you must be taking care of and what things to avoid to become a good forex trader.

I actually used to check on economic calendar to check whatever relevant news is happening like speeches, budget release, etc But I dont intend to trade via them, it is very messy and does not ensure any accuracy

That is a smart move and it must save you from any potential losses too.
News trading is nothing but gambling. Out of assumptions many traders specially new traders open trade during major major news event. Many people blow their account this time.
Trading news needs to be very attentive and watch everything that happens and react quickly.

Momentum would not have been good if the news had not had an impact on the Forex market. So news plays an important role in trading.
