yo people what is these days with alpari uk demo servers always getting kicked off anyone having same similiar problems??

Kicked off - as in account closed or just disconnected?
If it's just disconnected I suggest you get hold of a copy of a reconnect EA that will auto reconnect for you very quickly.

Indeed, lately frequent server disconnection occur from the demo servers.
