Broker not paying winning trade from SNB

Hi, my broker has only paid 10% of my winning trade from the SNB, They claim their LP isn't paying up, they have been trying to get me the rest of my money but it looks like it's not going to happen.
I have spoken to ASIC and the Financial Ombudsman Services in Australia who have told me to lodge a complaint, I can only lodge a complaint with one of them, does anybody recommend one over the other?

You should lodge a complaint online to ASIC . I did it against Market Punter Pty ltd two years ago . The problem was solved . ASIC is very helpful.
Often , the best trade is no trade at all

You are really deserving money up to the last cent from winning trade on that black SNB day. Many brokers are sueing traders all over the world, because they have wiped out accounts into negative.
