No doubt on it, transparency is the key! This is why, I have chosen my trading broker so carefully & from the last 1.5 years I have been trading with tpglobalfx, they provide me best trading conditions, which is very important to me, since I am a scalper! Every single pip is countable.

It's not that obligation that your broker should be regulated or something else. I do assume it should be done in really positive way with everything here. How else do you plan to compete with people from first world with a lot of cash in their hands.

Choosing the right broker is one of the crucial aspects for any new trader. I only recommend to trade with regulated broker. Trader always should follow latest regulator warning about broker.

Choosing the right broker means choosing a right trading path as brokers play quite an essential role in trading. Before choosing a broker always check for the reviews online, talk to them, ask everything you want to know, check their legitimacy, and then go for one.

People spend too much time worrying about broker. Just get an ECN broker that has a good rating on MyFXBook. Then focus on trading

Choosing a good regulated broker is very important. There are many scam brokers in the internet. You need to find a legitimate one to protect your money. You also need to consider spreads, margin level, deposit and withdrawal facilities and many more.

I agree with you on most points. But as for regulations, Cysec, FCA are popular but only for traders who are residing in Europe, so you need a multi regulated broker. supposedly, there this broker fxview they are regulated by Cysec and FCA, so they will accept only EU clients, but for instance, we take Pepperstone they are with ASIC as well, so they can accept Australian clients too and this is how it goes. so before settling for a regulation, make sure it is regulated under your own country's jurisdiction, to be safe.

Choosing the right broker is the most difficult task in this market. There are so many fake brokers in this market. You have to be very careful at the time of choosing the right broker. You can take help from the websites that provide broker reviews.

Choosing a good broker is very important to get trading success. Brokers help a trader to do a lot of securities trading. We should choose a broker that allows the broker to trade with their honesty and friendship activities.

I'm new to FX and have been doing demo for the last few months. Looking to go live and have shortlisted FP Markets and FXTM.

Both brokers have similar spreads and leverage, can anyone who has traded using both brokers recently share their experience?

I have used both and they are both good brokers. I would tend to favour FP markets a bit as their swaps seem to be slightly better, but you won't go wrong with either.

It is good that you have started with a demo account. This is a good start and you can research more for the brokers.

Both are equally good. You can go for either.
