ctrader connectivity issues with myfxbook

Are there traders out here who have connected to myfxbook via ctrader but find that the stats are not updating correctly?

Both ctrader and myfxbook seem to be very quiet on the issue (no replies to emails on this).

Wondering if its just me or if others are facing the issue as well.

A couple of weeks ago I linked my cTrader account with myfxbook for the first time. The first week it worked like a charm. Then it suddenly stopped updating the stats. I removed the cTrader account and added it again, and then it worked fine again for 2 or 3 days and then stopped again.

I repeated this process a couple of times since then. The last time I did it was this tuesday, and it has been working fine since. I'd like to know if there's any long-term solution though. I'm sure it's a problem between cTrader and MyFXBook, since my mt4 accounts are updated frequently (even the ones with no trading at all)

The only solution I find is to do the following:

1. login to myfxbook first
2. Open your ctrader and go to the 'Performance' tab
3. Click on the myfxbook logo
4. It asks you to approve the access
5. You then get the message that the account is already added
6. Close browser and restart or refresh the page and the account is updated

S*itty process I know but until spotware comes out of its cave along with myfxbook, this is the only option available.
