Hi i have a question. I bought EA few months ago and it was advertised for consistent 8-10% profit.
The bot has never made even around 2-3% profit and it´s mostly losing. I contacted my bank for refund and they say that i need at report of that bot not making the advertised for consistent 8-10% profit.
I sent them mt4 account history report, but they need some report with saying that the bot was running there, which i completely understand. Do you know how can i get any report where it says that the bot was running on the mt4 account and never made the advertised profit? Or any other way? The bot was kinda expensive.

I've never heard of a bank requiring all that information. Was it debit card , credit card or bank transfer that you used? If it was credit card you could just request a chargeback
