Forex trading offers high leverage by which a trader can oversee greater trade with little capital. If you are a position trader it is more clever to utilize low leverage like 50:1 or 100:1. Without a doubt leverage winds up being more perilous when we utilize huge lot in connection to the capital.

It is imperative to use the leverage correctly. Only in this case the broker's leverage will play a positive role.

Emotion is the most dangerous enemy for a trader in this forex market. If you can not control your emotions you can face a great loss.

High leverage is risky if you don't use max 3x 5x on a 100x activated account.

Leverage builds our buying power. We can trade with inconsequential capital with the help of leverage. The lead is whether you take high leverage by then reducing the hazard % proportionately. In any case, I figure trader should focus on quality trading. Also, for that perceiving and contorted is basic.

Leverage also exposes risk in trading. It is a double edge sword.

Yes high leverage is risky but rewarding also,if you seriously think that a particular high value trade can bring you profit. do it with leverage. Also if you don’t know the risk of leverage, definitely don’t do leverage trading.

I think the higher leverages by the broker is a plus point. If you get solid trading opportunities with the leverage the profit will be huge. We cannot say leverage is not important because frankly you can get more rich by just using leverage right..

I do acknowledge that leverage is important but is it worth it to risk your money for one profit? Doesn’t the consistency of the profits matter more than one single profit and then in the next you are bankrupt. Moreover there are many genuine brokers like Etoro, Fxview, Oanda, IG, Pepperstone etc. which provide good leverages but there are a plethora of scam brokers who use enormously high leverage ratios as the bait for the new brokers. So it is a message to the traders that be cautious with the brokers who provide very high leverage.
Leverage is not the culprit but yes, you should be cautious with the very high leverage brokers.

Totally agree. That is why i believe that we should be very catious while deciding how much leverage would be fine for an individual. Higher the leverage, higher the risk of running losses.

The best way to stay safe is to use a regulated broker. I use two brokers and both of them are regulated by multiple financial authorities (Fxview and Instaforex). The regulations are a sure shot way of telling the fraud broker from the real one.

'Most brokers have started offering higher leverage. I would recommend trading with minimum leverage broker like FP markets that offer 500:1 because the risk involved is lower and profit earned is better than lower leverages.

Using lower leverage also has lower risks, but the profit earned is just peanuts, and higher leverage of 1000:1 could bring major problems if the trade fails.'

Yes, keeping your leverage to as low as 1:100 and 1:200 is the safest. I’m not a fan of using high leverage.
