hello id like to ask if its possible to get strategy from mt4 statement. maybe predict next trades

i think its never be possible, only from technical or fundamental analysis may predict the next price will go 😀

It could help you in forecasting and analysing past performance. Depends how good are you in statistics. Maybe you will be able to identify some performance trends, but better be careful as things can change fast and what you see may no longer be applicable...

Yes but you still need a bit of luck as well to avoid unexpected reverse movements as you never know 100% what will happen.

I think you can only evaluate your current skills level from reading the statements. Predicting the future trades and prices is completely another story. Why would you like to use the statements for this purpose and not focus on the charts instead?

No, you may not get enough info from mt4 statement! Actually, Forex trading business is all about technical and fundamental analysis, so you need deeper knowledge on both sectors! Even, you can’t rely on any indicator based trading strategy or system! Pro traders are making handsome money very smartly, because they have good skill on fundamental as well as technical!

From the statement you could identify the entry on the chart so if you had enough data then it could be possible to identify the strategy but it would be very very dificult

I do not believe that just from statement could be created a profitable strategy. Some general points could be recognized, but this still would be far away of completion of profitable strategy, due to many important requirements that will stay missing.

Absolutely it would be very difficult! Even, it’s not easy to job to build up a profitable trading strategy, it’s a long term process and start job! Besides, trading based on current market situation is always profitable! So, novice traders need to make their trading strategy based on current data of market!

Yeah you can hardly identify indicator or trading rule that was applied to open trade.
Let say you see trade was open at price of 1.12674
so what indicator or entry logic was used? Impossible to determine.
