No. All retail brokers suck for scalping or they outright ban it

They are definetly good brokers. What you need to identify a good broker is to do a background check. Do not only rely on other peoples opinions.. It is good if you find out on your own. There are several indicators that show bad brokers. Just find them out on the web. I am telling you this because some of these commnts may not be honest.

Out of the brokers that I've used in the past, FP Markets are the best for scalping as their spreads are lowest and commission per lot are lower than the competitors.

And as for the free VPS, FP markets does provide free VPS for clients trading at least 10 lots a month.

If you make money from scalping on FP markets will they let you withdraw? I know some brokers then claim that they do not allow scalping and will stop your withdrawal

You have to be careful fello trader. There are a lot of scammers out there. You have to do this on your own. I have not come acrooss any negative comments about the broker so it seems like it is a good one. Either way you can never be sure. Do a background check. If you do not know how to do a background check then you still have some thnings that you need to learn first before you trade.

People already answered - yes, you can scalp with FP Markets. It's actually one of the best brokers to do that actually.

From my experience, FP Markets has definitely been good, their trading conditions have been very reliable even during high volatile events.
Another advantage is that FP Markets is regulated by ASIC so they have to be very compliant, so clients can be rest assured that their funds are safe

Scalping is a short time trading strategy. So, spread is a big matter regrading this kind of strategy. Trader should choose low spread broker for scalping.

Well, I think it's suitable if you don't mind +0.5 extra pips for commission (rt). Otherwise, Fxview is leading imo if looking for low spreads when commission is included.

Besides regulation, Scalper needs low spread and fast execution platform without requote. If they provide those they are good for scalping.

Scalping is the strategy which is taken by mostly new traders. They use this strategy to make money quickly from the market.

For any trader, low trading commissions and tight spreads are important considerations.

Agree.. People tend to look at spreads without considering the commissions. In most cases there's high on either side, spreads or commission except few brokers including fxview, tickmill, fpmarkets.

FP has good trading conditions, but their commission is somewhat higher than what I was expecting. One thing I noticed is that their trading conditions are similar to fxview and tickmill except they have lower commission - $1 and $2 per 100k per side respectively, which is what I’d like to see for scalping.

I'm a scalper trading for close to a year and have tried ICM, pepperstone and FXM in the past, and currently trading with FP Markets for about two months.

The spreads and commission costs are lower compared to my previous brokers; the customer service dedicated manager was helpful as well in solving queries.

How are they for scalping? I doubt if FP Market's spreads are that good. And what about order execution?
