Which do you think is the superior option? why?

Oh I would say that self-directed learning is more superioir. At the very least, it is difficult. You must be motivated not to give up halfway through this business.

Self-directed learning lets you explore at your own pace, like a self-guided adventure. On the flip side, coaching can be like having a mentor in your corner, giving you that extra boost and guidance.
