Long term trading I think always safe and comfortable but we have to make sure first of all sufficient trading balance for that. My trading career I always like to trade with long term trading, but sometimes I use scalping approach due to getting profit very rapidly.

If new traders have time, they should start trading with long term trading style.
Long-term trading is less likely to lose. Because it is possible to control emotions by doing long-term trading.
Long term trading in forex tends not to be profitable as one think but yes it can be useful if you want to reel in not taking risk
Long-term trading has a lot of advantages, new things are needed for it, they carefully prepare.

Shorter time frames are a bit difficult to trade on. There is so much noise and interference that trading can get difficult.
Sometimes long term can be faltering if proper research are not being done when preparing your strategy

I believe that strategy forms the core of any trade and traders should be careful enough to understand how it works, and then use it.

Yeah, research is very important especially for long term. I was also hoping to use the price action strategy and I read all about it. Any tips would be great before I start.

Just focus on the price action trading patterns and do backtest it. This is a very important step and it is better if you don’t skip it. Backtesting your strategy will give you a fair idea of how your strategy will turn out to be in the market. Like I have been backtesting a few on some platforms - Oanda, Turnkeyforex, etc. Making observations about how your trade would go will prepare you better. Good luck.

Yes, I prefer long term trading as well. It is good to have a long term plan. And you’re right to say that it requires some good amount of funds.
Long term trading is most ideal for a new trader as it prevents the chances of losing big money. Problem with short term trading that it makes newbie to do overtrading.

It is common to make mistakes. I also face the same situation when I was a new trader. I learned many things from that mistake.

Learning from the mistakes is the sign of a professional trader.
As for me, this trading option can be really good. The main thing is to be sure of a positive outcome.

I know that long-term trading cannot be realized without the ability to properly distribute risk and assess capital. Long term trading can be dangerous if there is a temporary drawdown, it's important not to lose control and not take any rash actions.
