I have a MT5 account that I want to sync with MacOS but the file downloaded when I try to add the account is a .exe file. Is there any way for me to get the expert advisor files so I can install it manually? I am able to install other indicators and expert advisors in MacOS so hopefully I can do this too.

Anyone know how to make the Myfxbook EA load mscoree.dll in MacOS? The file exists in system32 but won't load and I can't see what the error is because this causes MT5 to crash and any errors are cleared

See screenshots attached. It seems like I need the .NET Framework installed but I'm not sure how to get this done because I'm not running a virtual machine. I also can't open .exe files I have access to the filesystem if I need to do any manual installations.

Is that not .dmg file? I have checked on mine and the extension is '.dmg'
