When I go to the Metatrader 4 EA Connection wizard page, then to line #2. The download suggested, 'Myfxbook.dll', is not a .dll but an .exe. I've tried to run it but Windows XP says it's not a valid Win32 application. I tried changing the extension to .dll but that doesn't seem to work.
Any suggestions?

I just checked, the downloadable file is (now) a .dll
Remember to place it in experts\libraries folder
If you've got doubts about file extensions, change your fileview settings to not hide known fileextensions.
Let me know if you still got problems, I can upload it for you.

Thanks Soeren.
I found out it was my web browser being ghey. It's Opera.
I used Internet Explorer and it download it as a .dll
The .ea downloaded fine also and all are in place (smiley face and all) waiting for the broker to fire things up on market open.

Still no go even several hours into the open market.
What does the journal or experts tab say?
If Myfxbook.ex4 is working as it should you should have a line:
'Myfxbook <Symbol(),TimeFrame> :Statement uploaded succesfully'
in your experts log.
.dll in experts\libraries, and .ex4 in experts?
Myfxbook.ex4 set to 'Allow dll imports' without confirmation in first 'Expert advisor properties' tab?
Accountnumber used in Myfxbook.ex4 is the one assigned to you by Myfxbook and not your actual accountnumber?
That's about what I can think of...

Yes I have 'Myfxbook :Statement uploaded successfully' in my Experts tab.
I noticed when I checked to make sure the settings in the EA were correct, the Myfxbook_Value was set to 0 and the Password field was blank. I re-entered the information and clicked 'OK.' Then checked it again and it's blank. It won't save the info.

Running Vista with usercontrol enabled? You might need to run Metatrader as administrator...

I have a live account and a demo account. Both using MT4. Both have the same problem.

Tried to restart MT4, and input the parameters again? Maybe save the settings as a .set file.
I'm running out of options here haha...

The Demo is working now. Not sure how it started working. But the live account isn't. I have an account with Currensee and moved all the files I could find related to it to a folder I made so they won't interfere with anything. Restarted and entered the info again and doesn't work.
In the Experts tab, is this:
