New traders love scalping as it gives quick profit. And this makes them addicted to trading. But I think starting with scalping is a bad idea. Everyone should start with higher timeframe. After some experience scalping can be done.

Yes new traders loves scalping. As online market moves 24/5, it is difficult for newbies to prevent the temptation. But for newbies scalping is not ideal. It leads them to over trading habit.

I have been seeing this trends, I hope they are aware that it is not easy as seen on paper. It is very risky and can easily wipe your account if you do not pay attention to the volatility in timeframes.

Scalping is my favorite trading style too, Currently i am liking fxview’s conditions and spreads of IC are also quite good for scalping. What broker do you use for scalping?

But this is a really profitable, quality approach, especially if you're good at it.

Yes, it is risky.
But many people really use it quite successfully.
And in general, difficulties happen in any strategy.
The main thing is to keep in mind the risks.

Scalping is a difficult way of starting, no doubts about it. But I think its all about how one adapts to any particular style. Some become so handy and convenient with scalping, that for them it is the best and they don't need to explore higher time frames. So it all varies from trader to trader.

Scalping is profitable for all kind of trader if you know the strategy well. However, i recommend new trader not to adopt this kind of strategy first.

Yes, it is true. Loves to make more money by scalping. But scalping requires experience if you don't have that experience, so it's best to refrain from it.

I do only scalp in the M5 time-frame. The target is only 5 pips.

I wouldn’t say so because I started my trading career with scalping. I don't know if I would have been more profitable had I used a different strategy, but what I got seemed fine to me. Low spread brokers really helped.

Agree. Scalping is very risky for the beginner so I am surprised that there are many newbie traders saying that they like to do scalping.

It’s not that other trading techniques are more profitable, you will lose money either way.

I prefer scalping because it's profitable for all kind of traders and requires only a well-executed strategy. Currently, I'm looking for a suitable broker that offers spread averaging at 0.0pips and faster execution.
