Open trades not showing up

I can't get the open trades to show up, how can I rectify this? I dpon't have this preoblem with any of my other portfolios. Only difference with this is I added portfolio for FXCM which is not an MT4 platform so I had to add with Trade Station Publisher, I think this has something to do with why it doesn't show open trades.

Aay help would be appreciated

I am also having the same problem, with FXCM account, only showing trades I had on the day I set up the account.

yes this is exactly what happens, show first trades, non show up in open trades, maybe someone has an answer for us das259
