Hi.

i started trading a new system - and published it here with myfx. problem is, i used that account before and had a good system but i did some stupid things from time to time...

i set a custom start for analysis - so its shows how profitable the system is, but i cant see it on the systems page... does anyone know why? maybe the search engine takes all the data?

I too am looking to publish a new method on an old account but it shows the entire history on the widget even when I use a custom period on the main page. How to you truncate the old history from the old method?

i will tell you one way that i found to publish only a portion of your history to myfxbook.

open up the terminal thingy. alt, view, terminal

then open up the account history tab.

right click it.

enter a custom time period.

now publish to myfxbook using the metatrader publisher.

it will only publish the time period that you selected.

good luck.

i was just trying to give you a possible workaround.

maybe send an email to ethan and ask him.

good luck.

We're checking it - the widget should ignore data prior to custom start.

Thank you for reporting it.

After thorough testing, we haven't found any issues, so your browser must be caching the widget image - please try refreshing the page several time.

Thanks.
