There is no need to take risk on scalping. Swing trade is better with better win rate, risk :reward and everything. No bother with scalping it is for gambler

But; swing trading wouldn’t be suitable to all; as you know, for doing long term trading; traders need a heavy trading equity; but I see, retail traders are comfortable with short-term trading as like scalping.

if equity is the problem . then trade with micro lots to start en building your account slowly up .

In addition to this I would mention thar there are brokers with cent accounts. That means, one can trade even smaller than microlots.

What would be the realistic monthly gain with swing trading? I see as a biggest problem with scalping that it is so time consuming, and requires constant attention. It seems that it is not intended for those who have a day job or a family.

there is no limit on gains % it al depends on your skills en trade account equity on it .
for me now i Take A +- 10% by week for the moment .
off course i have a regular open stand orders of+- 10
on different currency 's
you can trade with
 micro lot of 0.001

i trade to make money not to be right

I suppose that you are talking about diversification both in time, and as you said in different currencies. That mitigates risk. Perhaps it allows one to over leverage, too. Perhaps then it is possible to get gains comparable to scalping, right?

Basically, there is no fixed answer of your 1st question! I think, traders should follow their own trend. Like, if they are good at scalping, then they should apply scalping.

Scalping is risky only to the limit you allow it to be.
As any other strategy.

Hi Parish; hope you are doing well! By the way, I think you are also involved with long term trading; isn’t?
