I would count yourself lucky some people lose thousands from scalping

I am using OANDA for scalping - avg spread is 1.4 pip.
So far so good - probably my lot size is small.

How can you make any money scalping with 1.4 pip spread. That's a huge spread.

I think 1.4 pip spread is quite low among the brokers. I have tried few brokers and seem like OANDA is the lowest. Spread for ECN account might be lower than 1 pip, but they normally charge 1 pip for each open position.
I follow Forex-made-E-Z strategy to scalp. I have traded my real account for few months before I started to make some profit.

I have seen on order to my trading experience in spite of a profitable trading policy scalping cannot use in a reputed trading broker, so, we the traders who are particularly scalpers have to choose the broker which for all time permits scalping including lowest trading spreads. Practically despite of good trading knowledge that’s not possible at all to make profit with certainly by scalping without lowest trading spreads. so, we scalpers have to be careful when choosing a broker.

Scalping never suits for beginners with zero knowledge. If someone from beginner made profits recently through scalping, my best advice is ESCAPE NOW! Predictable earthquake is coming up.

Agree with you - many beginners try to scalp the market and 99.9% in cases they are scalping by themselves :)

Before you trade you must have trading plan including
- trade enter and exit
- broker suitable for execution
If your trading plan works for you, trade it. No matter how the fools call it.
If it does not work change it and go back to the beginning.

Well said, really trading plan is very much important parameter here; but a number of traders can follow their trading plan so honestly! They avoid their plan after facing a couple of SL or TP. That’s the problem.

but nobody can trade successfully based on feelings or estimation.

There is no any trading technique which does not take at any risk with scalping. If you have a great plan and know how to manage money, of course there is a possibility to get maximal result by using any kinds of strategy. It totally depends on you

FX market is all about the risk and reward like any other business, so have the required knowledge and the experience of what you do . And scalping is risky if it is done blindly. Identify the trend first if you want to make profit from scalping. So do not play blind as a little profit making trade can take a huge part of your balance if the strategy is not followed properly.

We can look for high probability scalping trades, I use it when I see the opportunities, its part of the tool kit not just sticking to one thing.

From all trading strategies scalping is more profitable that brings profit in a short time. but in spite of a profitable trading policy scalping cannot use in a regulated trading broker practically. So, we the traders who are particularly scalpers have to choose the broker which for all time ensures best trading environment for scalping by providing lowest trading spreads including minimum margin requirements.
