Starting with small amounts can take care of the fear and help you get familiar with the emotions around trading

There is not much that can help you with that, except experience and acceptance, when you trade there will be losses as well.

Reduce position size to the level where you don't afraid to lose, can afford to risk the stake, etc. Then gradually start to increase it, reflecting over your own emotional responses.

I have taken the Evaluation plan from Wall Street Funders. That's amazing. Has anyone tried it?

If you are still learning these fundamentals (strategy, indicators, etc), I would suggest starting with a demo account. Once the fundamentals are understood and you can be consistent on a demo, then move on to live trading.

I personally like forex.com. Other brokers I like are PlexyTrade and FxSway.

Overcoming the fear of the first trade involves preparation and mindset. Start by thoroughly understanding your trading strategy and practicing with a demo account to build confidence. When you feel ready, begin with a small position size to minimize risk and focus on the process rather than the outcome, viewing it as a learning experience.

YouTube is fantastic, free resource for all. While starting out can be tough, good brokers like IG and Fxview offer great educational content, including webinars, blogs, and videos to help beginners. I used Fxview when I was a newbie, and it was helpful.

If you have fear before your first trade it is normal, but before you decide to enter a trade on a real account try trading on a demo account for a few months or until your fear disappears and you start to feel your strength.
