trouble with the FTP path

Hi,
I just signed up to publish to your FTP and after I followed your instructions to set up the publish to FTP operation I get a 'error changing FTP path to /inetpub/shots - no such directory found' message when do a publishing test.
Can you give me the correct FTP path to use?

Thanks that helped me too. Admin should really make that more clear, I got frustrated before finding this post.
