Your vote is important.... This is to prevent discussion before being verified. An excellent idea that will deter illicit activity!
Time and again we read a sad story of a newcomer who fell trap. This will not entirely eradicate the problem, it is still possible to get verification if an unscrupulous brokers, but will curb about 80% of the problem.

We need votes guys.. A network of fake traders discovered this vote and voted no.. Only people whose illicit livelihood will be affected adversely would vote no..
