I seem, you are talking about affiliate marketing! Nowadays, affiliate program is available here and there! Even, there have so many brokers who are offering Cash Bonus on this service!

I believe many brokers are offering partnership programs allowing you to make money from attracted clients. Just need to contact a few to get the better deal for you :)

Now payments as cash or bonus are forbidden by European law, since few months already. It is a time for honest brokers after few years of mess!
However my new broker - EverFX has benefits for recommended customers - but it is individual deal, depends how serious those traders are. You have to contact them directly and ask for specific situation.
