I just don't know if I'll be able trade another pip without the guidance of the Master.
Oh wait.... no that's not right. I actually want to have PROFITABLE accounts.
So I guess I'm left to trade without him...... 😎

All the drawdown was from one day, when I forgot to set the breakeven stoploss levels.
You can see what my DD was before and after that day.
I do admit that I got lucky, as it could have ended badly.
The trades recovered very quickly however, and the day was finished out in a good profit.
No harm done to the account, and I'll certainly not allow that to happen again.
All things considered, it was a pretty good week of trading.

I'm gearing up to participate in our $1M challenge in Sept. We're starting with $500 and intend on growing that to $1M in 40 weeks! No EA. This will be manual trading. One of our accounts is listed here on Myfxbook... started in May this year as of today were up 140%.

However on another subject...
I transferred my account from a variable spread to an ECN lower spread account today.
The variable spread account had a much higher spread than the ECN account I now have.

I haven't traded on it yet, but I thought I might post up the link in case anyone is interested in it.
It's a new week. :)

Lol,
I see you were also fighting on broker's review with MK:
http://www.myfxbook.com/reviews/brokers/traders-way/196412,1#?pt=2&p=3&o=196412
Will you use your scalping EA on that broker?
1 guy said that pending orders may get large slippage...

Yes he stalked me over to the brokers review and started being his typical amber_kiwa self.
Yes I will be running my scalper in conservative mode for a few weeks until it gets optimized and trained for the conditions of the new account. Overall it's a pretty good bot. I'm pretty happy with it.

I checked the post you were referring to:
I've heard from other people regarding that as well.
cTrader is different platform that what I currently run.
And I've read some additional posts on other forums where people were having similar problems.
It uses different servers from MT4.

The pricing as been great and the features of cTrader but I have had two different issues with being grossly miss-priced and filled. The first was 18 pips on a slow moving pair which they fixed and the second was being filled 38 pips and 75 pips away from the price my US broker had at the same time. .....................

Tell us more about your strategy... what is SL & TP used when you open trades?
Do you use trailing as soon as your order is positive.

The current scalper bot works in general as follows:
Higher time frame determines the trend.
Lower time frame determines the trigger of when to enter.
If there is a minimum movement on the m1 candle, it enters in that direction.
Once it has moved 1 pip past break even, it trails it by a dynamic pip value based upon the volatility of the pair and market at the moment.
