Is Exness safe for traders from India?

Hi, I'm just starting to trade and came across Exness. I saw that it is regulated by CySEC and FCA, but not in India. I am from India, is it possible for me to use it? I am afraid for the safety of my money and whether it is legal. Has anyone from India tried Exness? Please help me out!
