Best platform for my requirements - low swap rates, tight spreads, no/low commission, leverage upto 200x.

For your requirements, I would suggest some Ecn broker like Fxview with whom you can get narrow spreads, low commissions. As for leverage as much as I know they offer high leverage to professional accounts only, but you can still confirm as I prefer to not use anything more than 20-25X.

Look for low spread and high leverage.
