This is exactly the same at trading:
"The most important thing at trading, it's your trades but what you do with it!" => (Money Management)
How many times have you closed a losser trade while it was a winning one few minutes ago? We all experienced that right? o_O

yes, exactly correct. Lot of Forex traders loose money in Forex market. They do not make loss because of the adverse market movement. They loose because they fail in Emotional Management. Fear, Frustrations and Panic are the main causes of losses.

As for forex trading the main thing is not to go against yourself. Strategy should fit you, never backwards, otherwise you will always be frustrated and unable to control your emotions
