MyFXBook ‘Advanced Statistics’ hourly breakdown only has 23 hours?

I may be a little dense but I'm not sure how to read this chart when it only has 0-22 hours. Can someone take a second and help me understand how to utilize this chart when it doesn't seem to reflect the 24 hour clock? 🙄
