Trade was closed without hitting stop loss

My Trade in NZD/USD was closed although the candles didn‘t hit my stop loss. What did I do wrong?

I placed a short order on Metratrader 5.

Did you consider the spread when you set your stop loss? Is the spread fixed or floating in the account type that you are using? Also it could be the slippage on your broker's side

Contact the broker. They could be scamming you
