I can't fix this problem, I mounted Windows XP and then windows7 on virtualbox, but the FXCM publisher is not working, the application doesn't install at all. A black window opens and then it closes and that's all.
I don't know what to do, I can't use myfxbook on my FXCM account.
Any suggestion?

You must install framework 2.0

It is installed.
The only thing I could do is the read what's in the black window before it closes, and it says 'bad command or file name'.
I run the file as administrator as told in the help faq.

I had this problem as well but I fixed it by opening the link through a browser on the windows side. Then it was able to install and work properly.

Now, I can't get trading station to recognize any of my demo accounts but i think that is a separate issue.
