Well, that's a bit of a problem if you need the calendar to be smaller since there's a lot of data shown at once.
Do you need to have it smaller or larger?

HI,
It actually needs to be a bit smaller, I know it shows a lot of information, but maybe the event column could be double lined, and the date could be shrunk, the time only displays hours until 60 minutes and from then on minutes. Also the fonts could be changed etc. And I know its a lot of work for only a single yes vote.
As a side note is the code available, then I could see about changing it to suit and send it back to you.
