ACTARS (Closed) Discussion

My fee is 30% from the net profits generated every month. I offer both the High Watermark (HWM) or Profit/Loss Sharing (PLS) methods to calculate the fees. No maintenance or manual intervention required on the client's part.

There is no joining fee or minimum contract obligations. You can join anytime and quit anytime (however, I need two weeks advance notice for me to stop the EA on your account without drawing too much DD).

Any additional info about your calculation of fees - what 'high watermark' or 'profit/loss sharing means' would be appreciated

Thank you for your interest.

'High Watermark' means your account's all-time-high balance. If at any month your account gained profits, the High Watermark will move together with it. If at any month your account suffered a loss, the High Watermark stays where it was. In other words, if you suffer a loss, you will not be charged until all of your losses has been successfully recovered again.

'Profit/Loss Sharing' means we share both the profits and the loss on a the equal share of 70/30 ratio. If at any month your account gained profits, we share the profits 70/30 (i.e. you will take 70% and we will take 30% of that profit). Likewise if your account suffer a loss, we will share the loss at 70/30 as well. In this instance, we will give you a credit note to be used to offset future fees.

The minimum capital depends on broker's specifications, as follows:

Forex4you E-Cents = $200
InterbankFX / InstaForex = $2,000
ActivTrades / FXDD / any other 0.01 lot broker = $20,000
Alpari UK Classic (0.1 lot broker) = $200,000

Regarding Affiliate, if you introduce a client to our service, we will award you 10% of your clients' net profits. For example, if you introduce Mr. A to our service and Mr. A gained $1,000 on a month, you will be awarded $100 bonus for that month. This will continue as long as your clients remains with our service and all his fees are up to date. To qualify for an Affiliate, you will need to be our client first.
