Decided to open up a real account with $100 to test the strategy, since we are trading in volatility and the latency is lower on the real accounts. The current latency on the demo server is 21.89ms while the live server is 1.24ms. Lot size may not be proportionate to the intended lot size on the strategy, therefore DD might be higher on this account.

Once the strategy has been proved to be successful over the long run, we will be opening up a PAMM account with IC Markets. The reason for PAMM is because we would like to avoid slippage for our copiers, which may cause them to lose in some trades while we are profiting as some of our trades only lasts a few seconds.

Today we entered into 3 bad trades consecutively. Based on our strategy, max DD for each trade is about 5.77%. We will continue to monitor for 1-2 weeks to see the performance of the EA and then conclude whether changes are needed to be made.

Too many consecutive trade losses in a row. Will be pausing this trial run to improve the strategy further.

Nice try, but back testing doesn't count.
