@BP33 The success fee is charged after or prior to the account monthly fee?

Cool, so tell them instead of us.

Nobody here can fix it any quicker.

I did, but of course I got THE standard answer: We're working on it.

I did .. but got THE standard answer ... We're working on it. Just posted it here to let you realise that this is not normal behaviour ... I guess every broker has his + and his - side.

Now that I finally have my money back from HF I want to re-invest it with BP33 but this weird manners of priorfx hold me a bit. Never heard such amateuristic behaviour before. Hope I'm wrong.

The only reason the equity display issue is present at all is because of how the MT4 manager software outputs to the website when investors are allocated lot sizes (which is based on their percentage share) less than the minimum trade size of 0.01 lot.

*That only happens when investors with small balances are allocated to the strategy.*

It was still working perfectly ok for those with larger balances. They didn't just go into business with a faulty website!

This next bit is in caps only to highlight the point:

THE MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIRED TO INVEST AT THIS BROKER WAS USD 10,000 AND THEY CHANGED IT TO USD 500 JUST FOR YOU GUYS SO YOU COULD INVEST TOO.

What this means in real life is the issue only shows at all because you guys with less than 10k are now allowed to invest. They didn't have to allow you in, they could have said no when we asked them to.

They did you/us a favour and it turns out it made more work for them, just as they were updating their website too which is probably the worst time.

Now, given that you're lucky to be permitted to invest at all, I think you can put up with having to wait a little while for them to make the required adjustment.

It's only while we wait for them to update it that you need to use myfxbook to see the equity (I didn't have to list the strategy here either btw). It will be showing again in the new client area once the update is applied. *Just the same as it was showing perfectly fine before you guys were allowed to join in.*

It will be turned back on only when it is working correctly for everyone - no matter what their balance is. Simply wouldn't be fair otherwise.

To those who are desperate to find out your equity. Here is what you can do:

1.Take the balance as listed in your PriorFX Client account.
          Say for example: 5435 dollars.
2. Take the equity PERCENTAGE in MyFXbook as listed on the left side of the Sector1 Moderate chart.
Right now for example it says: 99.63%
3. Multiply your balance dollar amount with the percentage:
            5435 x 99.63% = 5414.89

Now you know exactly what your current equity is.

Thank you for your efforts. I have learned that the Myfxbook charts are very good to watch your performance. Everything about the false equity values has now been said 1000 times. You have to thank you for your patience . But I also understand the nervousness of the follower . At the end , we trust you all and you are doing a great job.

kindly regards from cologne
