I'm using the default settings (no adjustments!) per FRT Support's recommendation.

-----------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the message! There's no need to adjust settings. We recommend using the default settings that come with the robot. They have been fully optimized and updated for the current markets. These are also the same settings we use personally. Attach the robot to your chart, and it will be using the best settings automatically. No adjustments needed.

The robot will automatically scale to your balance.

We'd be happy to help with your software and start the troubleshooting process. Often we find a broker issue or account problem is causing bad performance. We usually can adjust settings and provide easy steps to work around these. To begin, can you describe what problems you are having? Please also attach a recent statement so we can analyze some of the activity on your account.

You can export a performance sheet by going into the 'Account history' tab of MT4, right-clicking, and choosing 'Save As'. Then send us the files it generates.

Thanks,
- FRT Support

Trading should be fluid, calm, controlled but not brutal.

I often think that default setting should never be played around with.

@antonyhollinwooe - Consider this...

#1. If settings shouldn't be played with, then don't make them available.
#2. If you're losing money with default settings, what does that tell you about the EA?
