I am actually not so understand with your question, but I try to give an answer based on the way that I usually use. to analyze the direction of turning, I often notice the M5 chart. and still watch the trend of course. My apologize, if my answer is less satisfactory for you..

Please tell us more about your system:
- Is it manual or automatic?
- What are your entry criteria?
- What are your exit criteria?
- How did you come about this system (did you create it or did you find it)?
- Anything else of interest?

Agreed. I would like to see the same results with REAL money. Good luck with that!

What kind of tricks are you referring to?
cheers,

For one, on a DEMO account the broker won't be playing tricks with widening spreads or slippage of price. Latency should be less of an issue on demo too. Pretty neat "tricks" to help a system make money, but unfortunately these tricks remain just tricks for demo. Hence why many systems don't perform the same on REAL.

yes...i didnt bring into attention slippage, amount of lots traded....500 lots and 1000 lots are almost impossible to trade without slippage ... let alone that most of brokers allow only 50 lots at once

but he could have started with 500 and used a max of 10 lots and still make the 14000%. I did not go over the trades to see how many pips he was trading in average to see if small slippages would play here or not.
But thx for the inputs.
