12/10/12: Removed Million Dollar Pips - it's too hit and miss, or miss I should say :)

Iilan 1.4 caused what would've been a margin call had it been a live account. Have changed settings today, so it opens trades further apart in case of trending, increased TP and reduced starting lot size from 0.1 down to 0.05 - lets see how it goes now...
