Dear Forex-Survivor EA Followers,

we've noticed that our EA doesn't trade very often and have analyzed the problem. The reason is the high stoplevel (minimum takeprofit and stoploss level, set by broker) of our broker with 12 pips and an average spread of 1.7 pips. Forex-Survivor EA includes at this moment three different strategies. The first one is an overbought/overselled strategy with a dynamic SL & TP. Strategy 2 is a scalper strategy with a fixed TP of 10 pips that could never work with this high stoplevel. Strategy 3 is a breakout strategy with a dynamic TP & SL too. We've activated a tight trailing function, but with a minimum distance of 12 pips it isn't a tight trailing anymore.

We has worked on a hidden SL, TP and stealth trailing function that works with this kind of rare brokers. The results are good too, but in the end still different from our original version.

We've decide to move to another broker. You can find the continous forward test here:

Kindly excuse any inconvenience.

We haven't moved to another broker yet. We've re-installed the metatrader 4 platform and do a Stoplevel check again. Now it's 2 Pips. We don't know how this can happened, but we'll keep watching this phenomenon.

Best regards,

We've contacted our Broker und he's telling us, that the stoplevel and spread is fluctuate. We never heard about a fluctuate stoplevel than can rise up to 14 pips.

We started a new real money forward test here:
