Hey Frero i copy you on signalstart and i have a question. Why you open trade agains the trend? I think is better to have +200.000, not -200.000 in floating. I think you know next month is brexit, italy, germany, spain, greece and other EU country have big problem with money. All of this show us euro go down.

I figured out the discrepancy in the number of open trades in my account (47) and the number shown in Signal Start. I didn't miss them—they were closed at a profit on 15 Aug. They're the four open trades which Signal Start shows as opened on 14 Aug. Wassel had placed TP orders at 1.11584 for those four trades. According to MT4, the price at my broker reached exactly 1.11584, so the trades were closed in my account at 14:28 server time on 15 Aug. Evidently, the price did not reach 1.11584 at Wassel's broker (Tickmill), so the trades did not close in his account, and are thus shown as open on Signal Start.

Now you have -300.000$, better if you have +300.000$.

I believe the market is expecting a retracement to 1.102x area, the previous area of interest and major support. This is the reason why Frero put so many trades below this area, once we get to that level we will break even, not sure about making a profit though. Hold tight we will get there. Frero System was very dumb to go long at the 1.11x levels, I personally closed some of the open trades days ago in my account with a loss to avoid more dmg, but they are not opening more trades as you can see to avoid making things worse. Bear in mind that dollar futures are still strong and Eur futures weak, so we might see a movement to the downside in the short term hence getting our drawdown up to 45% (or more) levels before a pullback happen. Also, I don't think Frero will make any statement before the end of this cycle and I rather have him sticking to his strategy. Watch for NFP later this week. U can also hedge yourself if you want to protect your account in the short term, but hedging is usually a stupid idea unless you really know what you doing. gl to us all.

Why are you quiet Wassel now? Your steady and low risk strategy is in more than 50% minus with your recommended settings.

I have heard of an industry trader that 50-60% DD is quite normal. nobody can predict the course of the course. I think the direction is right. he had only an early entry

You were right! On my screen the price rose to 1.1023 and then pulled back a little. My unrealized loss is now about one-third what it was at its worst. I'm holding on.

Can someone explain to me how these Systems will eventually win?

A signal can make 20% per month - thats fine.

Next month, it draws down to -30%.
At this time, we dont know if it will recover or go further down.

One possibility is it recovers.

Other real possibility is it drawsdown further to 50%.

Now, we can stick to it and hope that it recovers. Which may further go down to 0%.
Giving us a net (+20-100) = 80% loss.

Or, we can protect and close out manually at 50%.
Now we have a (+20-50)=30% loss.

Either way, the drawdown certainly exceeds monthly gain.

So, how will these systems ever work, when the downside loss is 100%, and upside gain is 20%.
Just one day can wipe out 5 months gain.

This is not about Frero.

This is a general question, that how can a signal that makes 10-20% a month, be profitable eventually, when it can lose 10-20% every few months. And can lose 100% on any day.

About waiting till signal close - yes - we can let it drawdown to 20%, 30%, 50%, 70%... and then if trader closes positions, we are not at 70% loss. May be 100% loss.

So while waiting to rebound is fine, there's no way to tell if it will come back from 50% drawdown.

So you can only know when trader closes - which can be at 0.

Dear All
Many thanks for your contribution.
The system doesn't go to zero as stop loss is when DD reaches 50% - so in worst case scenario only 50% of the account is lost. Let me recall that the system started with 77k, thereafter 2.3M were withdrawn and the current balance is 840k or so... So worth it give a try? I don't rely on followers' money and I don't want to mislead you, but let me assure that I know many smart followers who made good money with Frero system and are extremely happy (if you follow the system with 50% of the lot size opening, you don't risk more than 25% of the account). For those who find the subscription fees are too high, there is another way to follow the system.
