Hello, goode. We are sorry for delay with response - our support is very congested at the moment. I know that we have already respond to you. Logic 3 is always disabled for USDCHF, just because third Logic not so good for this currency.

Hi!

So There will be a new version of the EA released, and about when we can expect it?
Or there will be a completly new EA ?

Thanks for your answer!

Hi there. It will be update, not new EA. Hard to say when it will be ready, but I hope we finish it within 1-2 weeks.

Hello, I got this message in my EA:

Minimum lot size for your broker is 0.01.
You need to increase your deposit or change your risk settings.
Currently the lot size equal to the minimum!

I am currently using the Ultimate version and testing the EA with two pairs (AU and EJ). I deposit USD300 to the account and run it with normal setting (activate two logic for each pair only)

What should I do in response to the above message? thanks!!

Wallace

Please send all message like this to our support center - support@fxbringer.com

According to your deposit, AUDUSD works fine, but for EURJPY you need to use Logic 1 and Logic 2. The Logic 3 need $365 on deposit. If you still have this message, don't worry, it will disappear when your deposit will be about $310.

Question:

I´m looking at EURJPY Conservative strategy and I found stop loss for increased orders are also 200 or 280 pips, if the order go to stop loss, account will loss 60%, so, how are the stop loss calculated according to the settings, if this is the conservative run, how is the Normal or Agressive expected to behave. Is there a fixed % in the settings for max risk? Thanks.

Hello. Looks like you made a mistake 😄 . First SL can be from 180 and up to 280. But second (increased) order can have SL only from 40 and up to 130 - depends from logic. If you trade with 'Conservative' mode, you can lose only 15% from your deposit, as it mentioned in user's manual.

Just want to be sure before buying EA, look at the picture taken from EURJPY Conservative Strategy, order size 1.88 Lots, Open Price 141.35, SL 143.35.

Question

In this few days I have some position with FX Bringer, but every trades are 0.01 lot. I would like to take bigger size position example 0.1, but I do not know how. My parameter setting is ↓

Detect GMT true
Manual GMT 2
Auto Lot off
Mini Acc false
Logic 1 true
Lot 1 1
Logic 2 true
Lot 2 1
Logic 3 true
Lot 1 1
Slippage 10

And I also ask you what is Logic1,2 and 3? Tell me correct parameter setting!!

The following is a testament to their 'reasonable' customer service. 'Excellent' CS would be if Mike had immediately and 'enthusiastically' offered to replace Original with Ultimate, considering they are the same price with the current special.

Thank you Mike, for taking a moment to understand my request. I am glad logic and goodwill prevailed over greed today (though from his response I felt I was asking for his kidney or something hard to part with...).

We don't deceive anyone. If there was a mistake, it is either on your part or on the part of the payment system. Given that you are so convinced that you bought an Ultimate version, we are kindly giving it to you.
We are not afraid of what you are going to write on the forums, as other customers have no such problem, and your words will not be confirmed. But we care about our clients and want them to be satisfied, that’s why we will make concessions.

You can download your updated EA using this link: **********

Please excuse me, I checked my receipt and nowhere does it say I purchased Original.
If you were any other retailer, out of good customer service you would exchange like-for-like since both cost the same.
You have short-changed me by providing Original instead of Ultimate, and now you want me to pay the difference for Ultimate's normal price (even though it is still on special)?
Why bother advertising a special when you do not honour it?
I will seek to resolve this matter with you, rather than share this fact with the forums, but if you persist then I will gladly tell everyone of your poor service.
Please prove your claims that I purchased Original, because I cannot imagine why I would purchase that when the upgrade is the same price. Even if I had, was the purchase process clear enough to make the distinction between the two?

Dear Mr. Matthew **********,

I'm sorry but your payment receipt shows, that you bought a Regular version. There was an special offer, but you didn't use it. If you want to upgrade your FxBringer Regular version to an Ultimate version, it will cost you just a difference in their prices - $60.

Here is a link for purchasing: **********

Kind regards,
Mike

Dear Support,

I think I have been provided with the original FX Bringer instead of Ultimate.

Please send me Ultimate, as you are currently running a special for the Ultimate at the same price as the original. The benefit is of course USDCHF with Ultimate. I only realised it now when I attempted to attach your EA to USDCHF and it failed.
