Suffered a massive draw down, miss calculated risk for GPBJPY, have also reduce risk for all pairs to .25%

Need to go through a re-back test all set files to make sure this doesnt happen again, lucky it was only 200USD was going to add more.

Also need to do some daily maitenence on this. Also include kill all on individual trades not to exceed a certain percent, need to also do this with draw down
