How does QB Pro differ from Quant Bar? Quant Bar has been bleeding my account since last summer! No after sales support either!

Hi Koman,

What do you mean that you have a master account?

That link is only for free trial of the QB indicator itself.

Quant Bar does not seem to work anymore. Waiting on Overton to update the EA with a GMT offset.

QB Pro is managed account trading basket of 6 USD pairs and my experience is 55% up in 3 weeks.

Best get in touch with Shaun who will give you all details.

He has not sent an update to the EA yet to his clients. Shows how much he cares. Sells something and does not bother to update the product!!

Very good but you are only long USD...be careful when the trend reverse!

I only take signals with the long term trend. You are correct in that the risk to the strategy is severe corrections in the long term trend. I'm not worried about that over the short term - Draghi just did all the dollar bulls (like QB Pro!) a big favor.

Looks like QB Pro uses a percent of the currency value as the stops fluctuate a lot. There is a danger in the short term trading with the long term as the short term might not reverse as QB Pro wants it to.
Shaun will you ever release an update to Quant Bar as the GMT offset is needed as FXCM reset their servers.

The deadline for new traders to join QB Pro is Friday, January 23. I will not be accepting new accounts after that date.

Hello Shaun. When will you update Quant Bar with the GMT offset? has been a month since FXCM did the change but no follow up from you. Please respect people that bought Quant Bar from you and lost money too!

So do I ! I also never trade against fundamentals and the long term trend. My only advice for you is to avoid trading simultaneously USDCHF and EURUSD otherwise you take too much risk for the same outcome. May be the correlation between USDCHF and EUSUSD is going to vanish in february when BNS is going to charge interest on deposits and we will know more about EUR future...

Good luck with your trading!

jjhizno,

Did you have a question about this? The lot size was turned back on over a month ago.

Should I stop trading Quant Bar as you are refusing to update it? It has never made me money since last summer!

Yes, it's the same. The GBPUSD trade lost and the USDJPY long is still open.

There was an execution error on the GBPUSD this morning. The MAM correctly exited but the model account did not. The trade is still open as the exit signal was not vaild on the next bar. I'm currently trying to find the source of the discrepancy.
